New Moon Gemstones Refund & Returns
- We accept cancellations -Request a cancellation within 4 hours of your purchase, if you wish to cancel your order.
- We really hope you love you purchase, however, if you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation to request a return or exchange. Just contact here.
- You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you.
Return/exchange broken or defective item:
- We will accept returns with an 100% refund to you if the item(s) has suffered severe damage in the shipping process. You must provide photos of the damaged item(s) within a maximum of 7 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. Once we have evaluated the photos, You will receive the return address to send the damaged item(s), once the item(s) is received you will receive a refund. Damage claims after the 7 day maximum will not be accepted.
New Moon Gemstones Shipping
- Any item purchased will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from confirmation of the payment. Please allow us time to process your order. We are a family business with a small crew and we want to make sure everything is labeled, packed and shipped correctly.
- We use USPS for shipments.
- You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number so you can track your New Moon Gemstone package.
- If you think that the package has been lost or significantly delayed, go to your local post office with your tracking number and they can assist you in finding the package.
- We do not offer refunds for stolen packages.
- Once your package is marked as delivered it is no longer our responsibility to keep track of its whereabouts.

Packaging
- All New Moon Gemstones packages are neatly and securely packed.
How long does shipping take?
- It will take 3-5 business days to process and pack up your order and deliver it to the USPS. Just a reminder weekends do not count as business days.
- Most orders arrive within 5 days our USPS drop. Around the holidays USPS does get busy, so please be patient.
