How To Make Natural Spring Water Sea Moss Gel
The following items will be needed:
- 100 grams of Sea Moss
- A large bowl
- Spring water
- Saran wrap
- A blender
NOTE: We use raw dry sea moss and natural spring water, no additives. Using just two ingredients helps maintain the highest quality of the gel. You can always add sea moss gel into your smoothies and juices once it is made.

Step-By- Step To MAke Sea Moss Gel
STEP 1
- WASH YOUR HANDS.
- Place the sea moss in a bowl and rinse it with cold tap or purified water.
- It is important to clean the sea moss first to remove any sea debris, dirt or particles.
- Rinse the seas moss with the water then pour the water out.
- Repeat a couple of times until sea moss is nice and clean.
STEP 2
- Once sea moss is nice and clean.
- Cover the sea moss with spring water.
- Cover with Saran Wrap.
STEP 3
- Refrigerate no longer that 24 hours
STEP 4
- Pull the sea moss out of the refrigerator.
- Pour the spring water out of the bowl.
STEP 5
- Grab the blender and put the sea moss into the blender.
- Add 30 ounces of natural spring water to start off.
- Blend on LOW for 1 minute.
- Add spring water little by little to achieve the texture you want.
YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD WATER, YOU CAN NOT SUBTRACT WATER
STEP 6
- Pour blended sea moss into jar
STEP 7
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken
STEP 8
- Enjoy

Do I Need To Refrigerate Sea Moss Gel?
YES! Sea moss gel should be refrigerated, it is perishable. Do not leave sea moss gel out on the counter or put it in the cabinets. DRY sea moss is safe to leave at room temperature and if sealed properly it can last up to a year.
DOES TAKING SEA MOSS HAVE RISK?
Getting a yearly wellness check up is a great thing to do. Get your blood work done at least once a year so you have a baseline of your overall health. If you have any concerns on starting a new supplement always contact your doctor first.
CAN YOU TAKE SEA MOSS EVERY DAY?
Sea moss is high in iodine content therefore it is not recommended to consume it in large amounts. If you consume too much iodine it can lead to thyroid dysfunction.

The recommended amount is one to two tablespoons per day which is roughly one to four grams. Another method can be taking it every other day to start then adjusting accordingly.
