Meet Your Instructor
Hello everyone! My Name is Cesselie. I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor that trained at Yoga and Ayurveda Center.
Yoga and meditation can have a huge impact on your life. I empower my students by helping them connect with their inner selves through yoga, breathwork, meditation and mantras. I teach small zoom classes and private yoga sessions.
From beginner to advanced, I will create a personalized practice that will have a positive effect on your mind, body and soul.
I am a yoga instructor, the owner of New Moon Gemstones, an Ayurveda Specialist, and a healthcare professional. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. I started actively teaching yoga 3 years ago. I am a daily meditation advocate. Meditation can give you a sense of calmness, peace and inner balance. When you learn to control your breath, you learn to control your inner peace. Throughout my journey, I have created a lifestyle that allows me to live a happy healthy life.
I am a certified Ayurveda Specialist, dedicated to assisting individuals in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I can create a personalized holistic health lifestyle plan that caters to your specific requirements to help you achieve optimal health.
I have a strong background in anatomy. In 2013 I became a surgical technologist. I joined the travel nursing network which allowed me to travel for work. I have worked in over 10 states. I have explored 14 countries and completed 2 medical mission trips.
Traveling to different places has helped me to expand my horizons, grow my knowledge and understand the different cultures that live here on this beautiful planet.
Yoga is about connecting to the power we carry inside. I can provide you with a personalized physical and or spiritual guided session. I am committed to bringing balance and peace into your life! My favorite part about this job is seeing how wonderful people feel after our sessions. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized, and empowered. So let’s roll out those mats and have some fun.
